Project delivery & coordination

Running several live projects at once — plans current, risks spotted early, and developers, designers, QA and hosting pulled into one delivery rhythm.

  • Plan and run multiple concurrent web and digital projects from initiation through launch and closure

Client & stakeholder management

Owning the client relationship end-to-end and communicating in a way non-technical stakeholders trust.

  • Act as the single point of contact between clients and technical teams, kick-off to close-out
  • Gather and document requirements and translate business needs into technical scope
  • Run kick-off meetings that agree scope, roles, cadence and how changes are handled
  • Give structured, honest status updates: what is done, what is next and any risk to the date
  • Chase approvals and sign-offs so decisions never stall the schedule
  • Manage expectations when a timeline is at risk — always with options attached
EvidenceManaged client relationships end-to-end for 20+ business clients at Kaizen IT Group, from requirements through UAT and post-launch support, and serve as account and escalation contact on the IDBZ website and internet-banking engagement.

Scope & change management

Keeping scope controlled with a formal change process that protects delivery margins and the relationship.

  • Define and baseline scope, deliverables and acceptance criteria
  • Run a formal change-request process: log it, assess cost and time impact, agree it in writing
  • Protect project profitability while keeping the client relationship strong
  • Advise on build-versus-buy and technology choices with a commercial lens

Communication & governance

Structured reporting, clean documentation and transparent updates to leadership.
